Parcel not getting delivered

Need help, dont know who else to phone, I have a parcel that has failed to be delivered for 2 weeks now. Phoned and the lady said no one was at home, but I was home the whole week last week and No one came to deliver also not received a phone call to say they are at the front gate or they can not find my house, nothing. The lady gave the drivers number to me, tried to phone the whole day but phone is off. I need to know when and where I can get this parcel even if I have to collect @ my local post office.
