Possible scamste

This woman is a function coordinator, involved in charity work and she is also known to do laptop deals. Unfortunately we only came to find out about her ways after it was too late. She told us how she successfully sold second hand laptops and that she was busy with another deal, but we found a complaint later on Hellopeter where the person paid the money but never got the laptops from her. And after the incident, other people has come forward with stories about her. She went to school with me and is once of my facebook friends. In short, she acted as the middle man in a possible adoption. I paid money over to her for the plane ticket to meet the girl giving up her baby. Needless to say, the girl never came, Heidi were never able to supply me with the proof of the booking; refused to give us the girl's contact details or the girl's father's who would have paid the money back. She apparently sought legal advice to get the money back but also refused to give us her lawyer's contact details. She is not bothered by the police's involvement. I will probably never see the money, but even if I can't prove that she's guilty - I need to warn people.
