Putting people under false pretences

They said that you can go and check if the vouchers are for you and then you can come back to them and cancel in 21 days. Now, when you want to cancel before that time you have to pay a cancellation fee or must still pay 195 rand for 4 months. They didn't say anything about this when they phoned you and tell you all these! Now you have to pay for something that you don't want and they don't want to cancel it!
