Post Office steals my mail for the last time!

Ok we all know the PostOffice is a joke, but after my last parcel (R3000 worth of goods) got from someone I decided to invest in insurance and tracking. I can now see via an online tracking system that the package arrived 2 weeks ago, yet I dont have it. They claim they dont either? So who does? 20 minutes on their customer service line and no answer. 12 emails to customer service and no reply. How to get justice in this country against operations like the Post Office? I dont want to take out on some poor worker there, but who the is my mail! Not sure I will ever get an answer from these people, but I want to share my hate for the incompetent postal service in this country.
