Amazing service - 10 out of 10 experience!!!

I used Rapid Studio on the recommendation of a friend, and was blown away by their service, turn around time, print quality and overall customer experience! The software is user friendly and relatively glitch free. I got stuck along the way but the call centre helped me out each time, with ease and friendly service. Valencia personally called me to check that all files were correct, and spent half an hour with me on the phone going through every page of a 172 page album - just to make sure everything had uploaded correctly. The book was printed within a week - amazing turnaround time! I received constant SMS and email communication. And the photobook is a masterpiece! This is the best discovery - I will be using Rapid Studio again and again! THANK YOU. I didnt know service like this still existed!
