I would like to compliment a individual Mr Mike Philips of Daiwa Kingfisher in Durban. I had a complaint regarding my Daiwa fishing reel and I called Mr Philips.

Mike Philips told me to send my reel in to the Kingfisher offices in Durban. Within 7 days Mike replaced my reel with a brand new model and he spooled my reel with excellent quality of fishing braid.

Throughout the interaction Mr Philips was very professional and respectful. He went the extra mile to replace my reel!!
