Reel from vintage 1930's camera lost

I am an avid photographer with a passion for vintage cameras and when I found that I could get spool for my vintage camera I was really excited. first of all it took a long time to find spool that fit the camera, then it had to be ordered. so after I had eventually filled my practice spool I took it into this branch to get it developed. the spool had been wound onto the camera's original reel with which the camera cannot function without. I STRESSED to Rico who I handed it in to that I REALLY HAD to have the reel back otherwise the camera would not work again. he wrote it on the envelope that the reel had to be returned. to my dismay when I called them 4 days after they were supposed to call me and let me know the developed photos had arrived back, I was told that the reel was not in the package!!! Rico then phones the lab and finds out that the lab sent my pictures to some other lab to be processed and obviously they cant read there and did not return it. what kind of customer service do we have to deal with when a SIMPLE request of a customer cannot be granted? this is a camera that costs a fortune and has working potential but cannot be used anymore.
