BEWARE OF GUMTREE ADS FROM VAN DER SPUY

I'm in the process of selling my house, and discovered that the laundry which was there when I bought the property, did not appear on the municipal plans. I then urgently searched the internet and found van der Spuy's advert claiming " I deliver a great service that is highly professional...". I immediately phoned him on 082 727 8956 and told him what was required. He said it would be a 2 hour job and sent me the quotation. Emails were then answered immediately and i received an information only drawing plus an invoice to pay. I did an electronic transfer with proof of payment and went to the municipality. They could not accept the information plans, and stated that the floor plan was blank (no annotations as per original plan given to van der Spuy) and needed to be completed, and the updated section on plan needed to be highlighted. All the things a professional draughtsman should know. I immediately sent an email stating this and followed up with whatsapp messages. He promised to do it ASAP. His excuses were his busy moving to Llandadno, and very busy but I would receive it that evening. Well it is 9 days later, & he now states his too busy for this. MONEY GONE!!
