Shocking service and shocking attitude

Be wary of using Jetmasters in Hillcrest if you want a fireplace. Our builder warned us about their poor service but unfortunately we didn't listen. They were quick to take our money for a fireplace we ordered but can't seem to deliver. Whoever you talk to in their local branch or Joburg branch has a very poor attitude and looks to blame someone else. Several weeks later, no sign of a fireplace or an offer of a refund. They give all of Jetmasters a bad name and we won't ever consider their products again.
