On Friday 31 May at about 3pm I phoned Fireplace Studio and spoke to Wayne enquiring about a specific model fireplace. He took my details and said he would get back to me the next day. Within half an hour he phoned back to advise that the specific model would only be available end of July but was able to recommend other models based on the look I wanted and the budget. Really helpful and unexpected service given the fact it was month end, a Friday afternoon and most Cape Town businesses seem to mentally switch off at lunchtime.
