Distraught Angle

I hereby alert the public (Particularly the angling community) to the unprofessional conduct of the operations director at RapalaSA namely Mr Renesh Singh.

I lodged a complaint regarding a potential fault with their Conoflex bite alarms as well as a printing error in the Bass Angler Magazine relating to a Rapala Advert.
Mr Singh took my honest recommendations as a personal attack. He called me on the 25th of June 2013 and immediately proceeded with utmost hostility to unwarrantedly and unjustifiably verbally abuse and threaten me!
Mr Singh's Expletive-laden tirade went as follows:

"Hey What the is your problem? What right do you have to run my brands down? Why don't you come to my office at RapalaSA and face me, or do you want me to come to your house in Pretoria! I will drive to your house right now! "

His barbaric reaction to my legitimate complaint and to me highlighting the advert-error in the magazine was illogical and uncalled for. No personal interaction between Mr Singh and I ever took place. So it is ridiculously preposterous for him to consider my mail a personal attack. Mr Singhs behaviour is unbefitting a director of ShimanoSA!!
