No power for days, logged calls -Nothing is DONE

I am sitting without power and logged many calls with Eskom customer center from Tuesday 18.06.2013. everytime i followup am told to wait for 6hours and after that i am told that they have sent somebody but that somebody dont pitch. After my first call apparently they sent somebody to Randfontein instead of Midrand. i am on the call with Eskom every day till around 10pm. on 20.06.2013 around 19h00 i escalled the complain to the Supervisor and spoke to Zama who told me that the techninicial is on his way, after 15-30min she called saying i must check if the power is back, i checked and there was nothing still. she was gonna followup and came back to me But she didnt. around 10pm i called again and was told she has left and that i should call in the morning. i dodnt understand why am i being treated like this and there are only 2 houses without power in my area and its frustrating to see other houses with lights and am sitting in the dark with my 2 school kids IN this terrible cold season. I need to take this further up to Zama's senior management to explain what kind of a service is this. i need to have this sorted today before lunch itme... call numbers:97138992, 97188618 & more
