No outer elastic on the sides

Hi there

I bought Huggies Gold for boys with yellow polka dots and all the diapers in the pack seem to have a factory fault. The outer elastic on one side is not there, causing the diaper to leak after few hours at night. My son uses 3 diapers per night, which is rediculous since i have paid 174.99 at Woolworths. the store has advised me to raise my complain with you. This is not the first time I have gotten faulty huggies diapers.
