Credit Clear - Unable to cancel contract

I registered with Credit Clear about 2 weeks ago and subsequently changed my mind (as is my right per the Consumer Protection Act). I notified them in writing of my cancellation on 7 June and again last week. Then last night I received an sms adivisng that they will be debiting my account on 20 June. Their website is 'under construction' and they just to not respond to my mails.
