Company defrauding people with credit records

I got a call around June last year and Credit Clear promised to clear my credit record. They promised to send me forms while we were on the phone, so that I can fill them in and they can start the proceedings.

Instead I haven't heard from them since then and they are debiting money from my account every month till now. I tried reversing the debit order, calling them and nothing is working. This tells you how much of a company this is.

If you check complains about them online, there's so many and we all complaining abt the same thing.
