Credit Clear promised to assist me in clearing my debt...
i changed my mind a day later and cancelled the policy. i have a right in terms of the Consumer Protection Act.

They are still trying to debit my account. No service was provided and every month they try to debit my account

I have to keep on going to the bank to reverse the payment. Please stop trying to take my hard earned money.

This is unprofessional. Consumers have rights as well. They refuse to send me a written confirmation of cancellation.
