SA Post Office
2 Months and nothing

I had a parcel shipped to me from hong kong early march this year. I received a tracking number and have been monitoring it ever since departure. On the post office track and trace it says it arrived in SA on March 30th. After going through customs and etc it was in transit on april the 10th. It is now more than 2 months and still shows the exact same thing!

No one seems to be able to help me or no answers to emails or phones.

Clearly this service doesn't work!!

I want to collect my parcel seeing as this may take many more months to come if not at all!
