Bad service & disgusting business ethics!!

Hi. i would like to complain about bad service received by mr yassiem (0729264786/0838172911) who is responsible for repairing my fridge as well as stove. we sent our fridge to him to fix which at the time was leaking water when we got our fridge back after a week the water leaking got worse then before, which obviously tells us he never looked at what the problem really was. he took our money & gave us a 1year guarantee. we have been calling him now for the past 5months to honour his 1year guanrantee & to fix up our fridge & stove but we getting no respnose from him even if we leave him voice messages on his phone. as for our stove, our oven was not working mr yassiem brought 1of his workers mr edwards to work on our stove he fixed the oven but he managed to damage the clock on the stove.when we told them to fix it for free as it was negligence on there behalf they told us it would be expensive for us to fix which means he wanted us to pay for their mess up & he then blamed the last guy that worked on the stove but there was abosolutey nothing worng with the clock before mr edwards worked on it!! totally disgusting service & bad business ethics by mr yassiem & his employeess!!!
