After service extremely poor - no after service

Gauteng/ Pretoria Appliance repairs repair my dishwasher In 2days by Jannie and he advised the invoice will be mail the next days. 5 days later d/washer starts with a noise. I phoned them and spoke to Andre and informed me that Johan is in Thabazimbi and he will contact me on the Wed, which did not happen. On the Wed when I got at home the error was back. I left a messag on 0722501315 only available no and then the Thurs I left again a message. I phoned the Friday morning with no reply. I decided to use my son`s phone and the phone was answered by the owner with the name Percy and he told me that they have about 10 complaints while they were away. Percy promised me that he will phone me back he is just waiting for someone and he will keep this cell phone with him till 6pm on Friday. I phoned him couple of times after 4pm and left messages with no reaction. On 3/6 I contact him again and Percy said he is trying to get the part and will replaced it on 5/06. I was only available on 6/6 @ 17h15. When I contacted him at 4PM he said he is in Sasolburg. I phoned 7/06 from my pers phone with no reply, He answer my colleges cell and had another excuse but he will contacted me today.
