No Service and bad products

I purchsed two dog beds end of February 2013 from this shop. They cost almost R300 each. The one bed was in order, and the zip was also of good quality. So I took two of those. In the following week I cleaned the bed and noticed that the zip of the other bed was of poor quality and did not work at all again. I immediately retuned the bed and the manager said that they will exchange the bed. I have contacted the supplier and headoffice and have been back to query the problem at the shop. Nobody is willing to assist and there is no service at all. The one passes the bucket to the other and till now (6 June 2013) I still have not received a new bed or refuned. The only thing that is said is that they will contact me but nobody ever does. I have never received such poor service in my life. This is absolutely pathetic.
