Give credit where credit is due. I know Eskom receives alot of flack form all of us. But in this case I must say their service was speedy and probably above and beyond.
Sometime Late Fri night/Sat morning (1st Jun) our power went off. It affected a few houses in our street in Uvongo and was obviously something serious.
The Eskom tecchies were out in a very short time and busy till alte in the afternoon. ALthough the problem was still not resolved. Being only a handful of houses affected I thought this would last at least until Monday when contractors etc would be paid normal rates. Very surprised ~00h30 Sun morning to have power back.
To the guys we chatted to working whose names we didn't even get, to the guys behind the scenes whom we don't even know of: THANK YOU!
