We went into theParklands branch & approached Louwrens. From the start we felt comfortable to trust him with choosing a double bed and a single mattress. His knowledge of all the different beds/products was really truly amazing. His friendly disposition, and inpecable manners was a great surprise too! These days "service" is not easy to come by! We kept him busy running up and down for almost one hour, yet he answered all our questions, and in the end, he helped us choose the "correct" bed for ourselves, and the correct mattress for our toddler too.

The delivery went smooth. Louwrens then shocked me by calling us AFTER his working hours to see if we were happy with the bed and mattress and delivery etc... He's such a good salesman that we ended up leaving with extra's, such as matress protecters and even a new handbag! Then, on the 3rd day, my handbag had a factory fault, and i called Louwrens. To my amazement, on HIS halfday at work, he came to my workplace and exchanged the handbag for me!!!

Well done Louwrens!!! YOU are an ASSET to Tafelberg Furnishers - Parklands! I will recommend/refer YOU to all my colleagues (over 280 of them), to my family & friends' ANY DAY!!! :)
