THE WORST SERVICE EVER - CLOTHING STORE

On tuesday the 28th I went into the store to exchange a top. the manager was sitting at a desk & 3 employees standing at the counter there were customers in the store! Out of her chair she said that she is not very happy that I buy something and then bring it back! I told her that I go at fit whatever I buy in the comfort of my home, and that at the back of their till slip guantee that if you are not happy, bring the item back and they will refund you. I got my money back, but after an argument with the manager and all the customers & staff witnessing this! she is the most rudest person ever and I did report her to her area manager Mr. Frans Strydom. People I will never put my feet in their store again, and just want to warn you all about this incident.
