Hypocritical and untrustworthy taxi hire business

We called Intercab taxi service in Cape Town at 13:52 to take Myself and a friend to Grand West Casino from our apartment at Bloubergstrand. We were quoted R240 one way. At 17:40 they contacted inquiring again where we located. They ended the call and not even 5 minutes later they call us to inform us that they made an error due to the fact that they hired an employee who didn't know the correct price. The true price was R350 one way and was not negotiable. Even when requesting one way be R240 and the other R350 it was not accepted. This is pathetic and hypocritical bout the pre arrange advice they offer on their website. What a waste dealing with them
