I recently received an SMS from my Bank advising me that a Debit had been made regarding a purchase for a new Contract to continue getting their software support. I no longer use this Provider and contacted Safecart Customer Care to have this transaction cancelled.
Within minutes of posting my e-mail I had a reply with a reference number. The next working day I received a request from Safecart, via Coreen, needing information of the transaction. I sent this off to her and within two days the transaction was reversed and my Account credited with the money.
Thank you, Coreen, for your effort. And I will remain a loyal Customer of Safecart in the future for this.
