Professional and excellent service

When needing a very large Camphor tree removed from my garden, I requested quotes from a number of different tree felling companies. The quotes ranged from R8000 down to R3000. The person quoting R8000 was exceptionally arrogant and had a really bad attitude, bad mouthing all other tree fellers in and around Pretoria. Gideon from Baobab arrived at my house with a professional and respectful attitude, carefully looked at the tree, it's position, possible risks etc, and quoted me R3000. He assured me of insurance should anything go wrong, but followed up with a quite confidence that nothing would go wrong, as his staff are well trained and careful. The tree was cut down and the area cleaned with the best possible service ever. My aged mother (86) was treated with respect by both Gideon and his staff. I have subsequently had more trees pruned and felled since the initial good service. I highly recommend Gideon and his great team from Baobab treefellers!
