Terrible Customer Service

In December 2012 our washing machine broke and we unfortunately found AAA Home Services, who sent a technician around to fix it. After paying R1500 for new brushes for the machine, it worked well for a while. Last week it again started displaying the same symptoms as before, and we noticed on our invoice that we had a 6 month guarantee. I called them and was told that parts only have a 3 month guarantee. I insisted that my invoice said 6 months, and I was asked to send them the invoice because they could not find it. After that they promised to be at my house between 8 and 9AM on Friday. and 10AM I called them, only to be told they can only come in the afternoon, so we waited. At 5PM I called them and they said they had a problem and would come on Monday first thing. At 10AM today (Monday) I called to ask where they are and was told they could only come this afternoon. I waited until 4PM and called them again, only to be told that the technician had been to my house and no one was there, which is a as my wife had been waiting there for them all day AND THEY HAD BEEN INSTRUCTED TO CALL ME BEFORE THEY COME. STAY AWAY FROM THEM, THEY ARE USELESS!
