Pathetic service by VERY unprofessional staff

I had bought a voucher for a hair appointment & booked for Saturday 18 May 2013. Friday, salon called to cancel, Roxy in hospital. Monday 20 May I left messages on voicemail to reschedule for Wednesday 22 May at 4pm, nobody called back. Discovered salon closed Monday. I again called Tuesday, spoke directly to Roxy, rescheduled for Wednesday, Roxy confirmed she will be there, feeling much better. I got there to be told by nail lady that they've been trying to get hold of me the whole day. I asked why & that I hadn't received any calls, she said they don't have my number. They called me Friday, number's in their book!! Roxy off sick, story changed that Roxy's in hospital & when I said I'd had actually spoken to Roxy on Tuesday & she confirmed she's out of hospital, I got more excuses. A friend of Roxy called me Thursday, FULL of stories: salon almost liquidated, vouchers not making a profit etc. Nothing to do with me! I'm not interested! She doesn't work there, why's she interfering? Sticking up for her friend & making excuses for their very poor service?

This salon offered vouchers, does not honour them! Salon messes new clients around, STAFF & SERVICE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
