ESKOM STEALS AGAIN

Its that time of year when Eskom "adjusts" its fees! I dont know if anyone has noticed but there is a new fee now called the Network Access Fee! If you are lucky you will only be charged R2.45 per day for this. I queried this on their site and they did get back to me in 24 hours with two extra long word documents that were supposed to answer my question. You can download these from their website but don't bother trying to read them! Here is my response to them.
Thank-you for replying and sending me the documents regarding tariffs etc. I have only flipped through it as 99.9% was totally impossible to understand. The only thing that came through on every page is that there is a FEE for everything. I have never seen so many fees in my entire life and this is just from one supplier! Unfortunately I don't have a Masters in Science or billing or whatever and even though I have read the parts of the document that attempt to explain the Network Access Charge - I still do not understand why this new fee (on top of all the others) is needed.
It seems they can do what they want, when they want! When will it stop?
