Great attitude after sells

I had ordered an iPhone online for my younger sister and FedEx was tasked with delivering it. I was contacted the first day of delivery, to say there was no one home to receive the purchase, but missed the call. I was then contacted after a second attempt at delivery the next day, to again say there was no one home. I then made an effort to find out where the people were and when they would be home to receive the goods. turns out Saturday was going to be the afternoon of the same day. But after a few explanations and a big thank you from Mr Williams the delivery guy agreed to back track his days deliveries and attempt to redeliver the purchase in the same day. and he came through with no complaints an hour or so later. So thank you Mr Williams for going that little bit further for me today!
