Bought CNC machine and got no service from day one

After buying a CNC Machine from Munro Machinery in 2011, that was only installed and setup halfway through March 2012, and not making any money from products being cut with it as it did not work for more than 3days a month. This not even paying itself... and just costing us, Pionier Meubels Swellendam, money... Phone calls were made and also emails sent and now we cannot get any support from Kirsty Munro just that we need to talk to the manufacturer... NOT NICE if you spent more than a house's price on buying the CNC machine and this should have been the start of a job creation project too. Well someone is making money from this and it is not us or the community. The buck can only go this far and no further. I also think that we are not the only company affected or being treated this way by Munro Machinery.
