I purchased Anew Clinical Pro A-F33 from an agent. The products does not come with a warning that it contains Retina A and the agents are not equipped to give advice on face products. The cream burnt my skin and after 3 weeks I am still struggling to correct it. A beauty therapist friend has given me creams to help which has been a great help. I emailed on two occasions in the last week and a half on the Avon website email to the customer services. They say a 72 hour response will take place. To date, nothing! Bad service. If someone could just get back to me I would like to suggest that this product comes with a warning on the box and their marketing material. I await hopefully, response from this email.
