Mijoy Yorkies byer beware

We purchased a puppy for R7500 and told the dog would only get to 1.5kg. She is now a absolute giant at 3.6 kgs.
When questioned the breeder Joyce says she cannot predict the size. My question why did you charge me for a Minni. We now love the dog but would never recommend this breeder as she is not above board. Byer beware or Mijoy Yorkies.
