This is a follow up complaint after my parcel was sent on the 29th of December 2012 via DOMESTIC overnight delivery and STILL no solution!?!?!?!
here are some facts
1) Having paid for overnight delivery an "inquiry" was opened which i was told would take a week to be resolved. a week elapsed 2 days ago.
2) my parcel was one of 32 that vanished in the same bag (this can be confirmed by inquiry person THUSO whom i spoke to on the phone)
3) i was VERY rudely told that refunding the contents of my parcel was a matter of their "discretion"? discretion? after losing my parcel AND taking nearly 3weeks and waiting for a resolution???
4) i would actually like to post my TC hear for all to see this how this company has outgrown hellopeter. this level of incompetence justifies an appearance on carte blanche TC109132474ZA

i know with a great deal of confidence this matter wil not be resolved anytime soon so those you considering using this service please attempt to trace that number to see for yourselves how utterly disgusting this company can be with its service and treatment of those aggrieved.
