Very bad feedback and rude repair staff

I called SA Autoglass to repair the windscreen after they installed a new one on my vehicle. The repairs was carried out by two of their Staff whom damaged an air bag panel on the left windscreen pillar. I called the salesman Tino Moodley and he sent the same repair guys out on 10/05/2013 who were very rude and loud and called me a and shouted at me claiming that it was broken and had informed me about it. I immediately called Tino as the two reapir characters wasted my time and informed him of what happened. To date I have had no feedback from them as to what action will be taken reagrding the broken panel and keep getting told I will get back to you.
This was the second time that SAautoglass worked on the car and the panel was intact after the first, this time around it is damaged and messed with black silicon. Seems like my coplaints and messages are falling on deaf ears and that they dont want to own up to the damages!!!
