Sabc Tv Licence
I cancelled my tv licence 5 years ago

I reported 5 years ago that my tv was sold and I no longer had it in my p[possession, I also reported that they seem to be purchases of tv sets with my license, no one responded to my complaint, and I requested my tv licence to be cancelled, I'm surprised when I got an sms that i will be handed over to the vvm attorneys. I need an explanation please.
