Hi,

It seems your company has gotten hold of my cell phone number and have since subscribed me to a service that charges me R20 a day to my cell phone account. I did not reply "yes" to any sms or authorise the use of my private information. I would like you to respond with information on where you got my number and proof of the authorisation given to you to debit my account. I will take this further and if I am not satisfied with your response I will not hesitate to persue legal advice against your illegal and unethical business practises.

I expect a refund of the money you have already deducted.
