Not doing his job

Because of power outages and power surges my appliances are packing up. You can claim for these, but i have been waiting for 7 months for a Mr. Freddie De Wet from Benoni just to investigate the claim. I have spoken to Customer care, Insurance Office and my local branch. " we will get back to you" lake! It has been 7 months and no one are doing the came back. Is that what we are paying more for? NO SERVICE! Can't you get your act together!
