Unfriendly and rude service

We entered the florist on day before Mothers day and we were not even greeted, just abruptly told "we don't
do anymore deliveries and we not open tomorrow for pickups! " The lady behind the counter was so unfriendly
my partner and I immediately walked out and bought our flowers elsewhere. I hope she realises that just because u made a killing on sales on a day before mothers day, u actually maybe still need clients in the future.
It was our first visit to a seemingly beautiful flower shop, but they will never see myself or my close friends in Hermanus ever again!
