Now that i hev calmed down< i hope I wont use and swear words. I do my studies through correspondence so I rely more on SAPO for my material delivery.

On Monday I went to check for my mail from my post box since I didnt get any when I checked the previous days> i saw a tape of which i had seen the other dsy but ignored it. I then got inside to ask and they told me that my box has been closed due to non payment. I wanted to use the F word but calmly i asked the lady to check on her system coz i did payment in Jan via online.

what freaked me was the response she gave me. she said i should bring them proof coz they cant tell on their side. Flip, why have an online payment system that asked for all your details bit still go n join the que to submit proof.
had to drive back to work for it and brought. some of my mail from the university had been sent back to senders just because SAPO is stupid even with their system they still dont know whats whats. if they need some IT assistance they must consult. Nxhhh!!!
