HORRENDOUS SERVICE!!!

4 Months to service one client is one thing but to still fail to deliver on that one single measurable is absolutely HORRENDOUS!! Is there an ombudsman I can lodge a complaint to with regards to this I really can't put my life on hold due to other people's in-competencies?! These people are very quick to accept cash on services they can't deliver by over promising, then 4 months later I'm still waiting, instead I'm now spending on gas and wasting my valuable time running up and down their offices to follow up because no one there can even use a telephone to at least inform customers of anything, I'm the one who pays phone costs following up on a service I've paid for already... This is utter nonsense!!

I need concrete feedback on ref no. 11547 - 2013/043057/07 (Amendment) in 48 hours or arrange to refund my full amount paid to you I'll do this myself seeing that you're non existent anyway, what a pity really pathetic service!!
