Amsales Ashley finance BDB data all same

AM sales has been from my account since June 2012, we are now May 2013. FNB does not help me at all, all they can do is refund me every month. They are using different companies For example another 99.99 rands was removed from my account every month by DBD data it turns out that they were doing this for Ashley finance. When you call Ashley finance you always get an answering machine until finally a lady at BDB data gave me another number and as a miracle somebody finally picked up the phone and identify herself as AMsales.
Money was from my account previously by Astral group and I have the impression that these 4 are very related to each other.
How can these company just help themself on my account without any authorization from my site and of course as I said FNB just let them help themself freely on my account.
