I wrote a report on Hello Peter regarding Experian - Tuesday, 30 April 2013 at 12:09.

I received a feedback from Experian, - Tuesday, 30 April at 12:43.

"Thank you for your comment posted on Hellopeter.com. One of our consultants has been assigned to your query and you will be contacted within 3 days to address this matter. Kind regards, Contact Centre Team"

Sooooo quick - I was feeling lucky - maybe something will happen now. Yeah right!!! It has been 7 working days now - Thursday, 9 April 2013 at 12:19, but still nobody contacted me. What to do, what to do???

How are their days working? Does 1 working day for them, means 3 working days for me??? What must I do now???
