Charged too much for worse service

My sister and I visited the Cresta Branch to have full face threading done as my sister has very sensitive skin, that day we went the threading was very hurtfull which we neared with gritted teeth. Afterwards I went to the front and paid the lady I was told that the charge is R185 per person which for 2 people will be R370 to my absolute amazement I found out a couple days later that I was charged R450??? I have left messages for this branch which has been ignored! Is this how you make money? By overcharging your clients?? The treatment was not even worth it my poor sister had a severe reaction and had to go to a wedding with her face full of red rash dots which made her self conscious!!! This is suppose to be a place where one should be able to go for beauty treatments which enhances your beauty not leave you wishing you never put a foot in that place and be OVERCHARGED as well!!!
