SA Post Office
Never in my life i experienced such bad service

I went to the Post Office Palms Centre in Vanderbijlpark to post my BMT College assignments these assignments must be sent in book form within a plastic cover which is too big for a normal envelope. I politely asked them for a punch but they demanded money first to top it all they gave me an envelope that s too small for these covers when i complained they told me but you already wrote on the envelope. Now how difficult can it be to only punch holes in the documents to put them within the covers, and give me the right envelope size. I left without getting a refund. In order to resolve this matter i want my assignments posted free of charge along with a written letter of apology from the relevant Post Office.
