Kasuli trying to get me to pay more!

I called body lab's debt collectors where i spoke to a gentlemen called kasuli.he was rude and disprespeactive from word go.he then told me that i should settle account instead of paying the arrears because the whole balance is now due balance of R12000.which was a lie.asked to speak to his manager he said no he won't do such a thing.that man should not handle clients as he is rude and is a lair.i called back to speak to his manager Im still waiting for response from manage
