Being harassed for the last couple of years!

For the last couple of years I have been receiving sms threatening legal action for an edufin account, First off I don't know what or who edufin is, and secondly you may refer to NUMEROUS recordings that you do where I have tried sorting this out, I get to an accounts dept person will contact me and this comes to no avail, and thirdly and probably most importantly when I enquired about this it was apparently for a course of some sort that I took out in 1998, I am not too sure how good your maths is, but as I am now 30yrs old that would make me 15yrs old, and in STD 7, where this falls out of I don't know, but it needs to stop, I am actually getting annoyed with this issue and your call centre is not at all helpful, i would like something done about this as I can no longer take time out of my day to amuse your incompetent staff with phone calls that never get returned to me.
