Waiting for rerply/statement

I have beenn handed over to DPP a very long time ago. Since being handed over I have received only 1 statement which was last year septmeber and the amount due is double to what was outsanding. I have send numerous emails but no reply. Something is not quite right. I dont want phone calls, but emails since I have written proof. I received a phone calls 3 months ago and I requested a statemnent but no statement came. Maybe now they will actually take notice
