So I receive a call at 19:59 at night from Mrs something or the the other from ARA attorneys, who says she's calling about my credit card _ WELL AWARE WHO YOU ARE, SAME NUMBER ALMOST EVERY WEEK... She then asks me to hold, and passes me over to someone who doesn't know there there backside from there elbow_I WAS IN DEBT COLLECTION FOR A REALLY LONG TIME, MANNERS ALSO GET THE JOB DONE... Then starts the "WE RECEIVED your payment, when's the next one " EXCUSE ME!

without skipping a beat, starts confirming my details... after collecting for 7 months they don't have my current details on the system so I have to spell everything out... without me even finishing, with the confirmation... SO ARE YOU SETTLING THE ACCOUNT THE END OF THE MONTH... biggest mistake, i ask for a statement to show the amount due... OH NO SHE SAYS, WILL FORWARD THAT TO MY SUPERVISOR... what day you paying she asks... when do i get the statement... parting words, JUST MAKE SURE YOU PAY YOUR INSTALMENTS EVERY TO AVOID PENALTIES AND LEGAL ACTION, BYE... AND THE PHONE DROPS...! THE LOT OF THEM
