Such rude and unethical behaviou

On sat 23/.03 i received a call from gift magome, enquiring about my absa loan account, he was so rude and kept shouting and telling me that they are going to attach my household items even thou i am paying my debt since last year, what's more disturbing is that while i was still speaking to him he screamed and said i am wasting his time and cut the call how rude is that, he should be dealt with severely as to my understanding people in the telecommunications industry are not allowed to slam the phone down on clients and debt collectors are not allowed to threaten clients. This mans behaviour over the phone was pathetic and he needs to apologise to me.
